Depression Understood Forums

This is the first time posting, and I would like to introduce myself. I'm Stephen. I have suffered from clinical depression for many years, more than I care to count. It's a funny thing, how just when you think you have it under control, then it hits you again.

I am at a very low period my life right now, and what I face is a sense that no one really understands what I'm going through. I was a member of a group like this a few years back and it was very helpful, I hope to find support here as well. Thank you for letting me join.
