Life's taking its toll

Hello, I'm Nathan Quagliano.
I'm 21 years old from Colby Ks. I've known I have problems with depression and self confidence for as long as I can remember. I've done well just ignoring it but it feels like I'm slipping back into the darkness. I signed up for this forum because I'm looking to find someone to talk to who understands so I'll stop suppressing it all! Im ready to face this head on and remove it, so any advice, or even just saying you understand. It's all appreciated!

Welcome aboard. And, I DO understand! I've had depression and panic disorder for years...I feel you.
