needing help

This is my first forum so I dont know what the hell I am doing, but I need to know someone else feels as crappy as I do. Just need to see how other people deal with this. I am at rock bottom and I dont see the light at the end of tunnel anymore

sooo many people feel the same way, I am one of them. Its a pretty heavy emotion depression. how long have you been feeling down for?
