New and donnot want help

I'm tired of trying and donnot come here to seek help; rather to just talk about shit that I hate. Talking does not help what already is. I am married. My wife doesnt understand anything and I'm so tired

Hi nothing. Welcome to the forum. You can talk about what you are feeling here. Does your wife try to understand? Are you on meds or in therapy? You came here so that is a step in the right direction.
