Hello, name is Tom and a few months ago i was offically diagnosed with a mild case of depression and anxeity i know my problems arn't anywhere near as severe as most people's are, but sometimes it's hard to stay postive, my story will follow

No not on any meds as my doctor doesn't think it's that severe, "my story" explains my situation
