Plz help me I think I'm depressed and I need some help

I have been feeling really down and not wanting to do anything. I came upon it on the Internet so I looked at it some more. I think I may have it and I can't stand it. My life feels like I am falling apart! Somebody plz help me. I have no one to talk to

What can I say? - you're not alone. You've taken an important step by coming on this forum. Take comfort, because many people here share you're feelings. We're all taking it day by day and finding our own ways of coping with depression.
Please know that this is a safe place for you to share your story.
Living with depression is painful, but being isolated and unable to talk
to anyone makes it worse. You can talk about it here. You may also find the chat rooms helpful.

thnx i wasnt sure what to do. i have a couple friends at school but i dont really trust them. also, i dont have any adults i trust i feel so alone. i was so happy to see that someone responded. so thanks again and if u have any advice i would love to hear it. i alsdo feel like i am failing at school.
