I'm new here

HI. I don't usually do introductions, because I hate talking about myself, but I think maybe this site and these forums can give me a place to say things I can't necessarily say to anyone in offline life.
I''ve been diagnosed with dysthymia, which is a form of major depression that pretty much means I don't ever feel any emotion, with the exception of anger. The anger is almost never at inappropriate times, but it's almost always out of proportion. I also have extreme anxiety, and can't be out of the house for more than an hour, or without at least a day's notice. When I leave the house, I'm always on guard, which is rather tiring.
I have part-time custody of my son and daughter, their maternal grandmother has custody the other half of the time. Their mother is somewhere in some other part of the country. My wife is bipolar, and we help each other through the worst times, but with both of us having our own struggles, she can't always give me her best, and I can't always be what she needs me to be.
So I'm here because I think maybe there may be someone here who can relate to some of my difficulties, and maybe just knowing there's such a person here might make things a little easier somehow.
