new kid in town

Hi. I wanted to stop in and say hi. hope to make some new friends here.
I usually have a weird sense of humor and often end up laughing at the most inopportune times. I don't do it out of meanness or anything. i just tend to find humor in places one normally doesn't.
I guess my humor is like a shield, or a crutch I use to help support me, especially the past few weeks. Without it, or my two kids, i don't know where I'd be right now.. anyways, I wanted to say Hi. so.... Hi. I'm off to look around.
