Depression Understood Forums

Hello everyone.

I am new to the concept of forums. I am 29 and have battled depression and anxiety for about 7 years. I am currently seeing a psychiatrist (who also does a bit of talk therapy) but just when I thought things were going well, the dark clouds seem to be rolling back in. I guess I am here to meet people who understand what this feels like.
