Reaching out for help

In retrospect, seemed to be depressed at an early age. Either slept a lot, ate lots or slept little, been very restless, socially anxious at places like MYF, YMCA, School, and even family gatherings. Seemed to be very excited about something, say Christmas, a sporting event, a holiday meal, a camp out, and just could hardly pull myself together when Monday rolled around and felt extremely exhausted by the time Friday came again, which occured from early elementary school to and through my years at HS College Grad School various employment and thanks to Paxil, less now than perhaps those early days.
My life is way less hard than those in war zones, famine areas, nuclear reactor shutdowns, tsunami, hurricane, tornado, and many many other man made and natural disaster areas... yet some days just do not think it will end, yet here I am, at the end of another day. just still with the fatigue and depression.
