Save me, I can't face this life alone

It's been a long and winding road. It seems I'm almost there, finally. I'll be glad to go. What reason have I to live? My friends have abandoned me. My family doesn't care. I have no love left in my heart. How can I dismiss what I'm feeling as sadness? Just as Freddie Mercury sang, "I have no heart, I'm cold inside." Yes, the future does indeed look as bleak as a dying sun. Your's, the empty soul. Save me.

You aren't alone. Depression affects many many people. Please call a therapist and get help now. If you are in a crisis, call a hotline. We can be here for you, and support you, and care about you. but only you can save you.

Crispy, I feel that way too... empty and have no reason to live. But the one thing, the only thing, that keeps me going is the hope that some day maybe I can use my experience to help someone else who feels like this. Take care of yourself, what you're going through now might be helpful for someone else later and when that happens I'm sure you will feel happy or at least better than you do now.

Obayan: That's what I'm afraid of. I don't think I can do it, and hotlines just don't work for me. They don't.

Kiku: I hope I can help someone someday, but that doesn't seem like enough to live for. People don't want my help anyway, and I can't face another person who doesn't care, or who judges me when I try to help.
