Depression Understood Forums

Hi guys, glad to be on the forums and looking foreword to getting to know people. I'm here more for the reason of giving help to people who need it. Afterall, we all need someone to talk to in life to get through the difficult issues. I do have mild depression from time to time but it comes with no reason. I'm not sure the name of that depression because I don't care to find the name. It passes though. I'm usually quite happy

Giving support to those that suffer through all we do is the only thing we can do. Nice to know that there are people that read and understand. Makes us feel we aren't alone in this battle.
