Lost and Lonely.

Postby sapphire89 » Wed Jul 20, 2011 9:59 pm

Hey, im new here iv been in the chatroom once which helped so i thought id try the forums. Anyways im sapphire, 22 and iv suffered from depression and anxiety for as long as i can remember.

I have been plunged into a pretty bad low recently because me and my partner of two years have split, he has moved out and im incredibly lonely! As if heart break isn't bad enough when you suffer from depression it makes it so much harder to cope with! I lost allot of friends towards the start of my relationship and now i have basically noone anymore.

So im on here to hopefully make some friends and meet people who are likeminded. so please say hi, Im a very good listener :).

One thing about friends... they don't give up on us even when we forget them. Contact some of your old friends. I bet you'll find a nice smile you misplaced.

Then they weren't truely friends to begin with. Just "goodtime" friends. Maybe you can google any groups or clubs in your area that share a similar or same interest? It's a great way to begin socialising again.
