Depression Understood Forums

Hi, i'm 44 and i've suffered from depression on and off for most of my life though it wasnt diagnosed till 12 years ago. I've been taking antidepressants forever it feels like! I do feel very isolated and wish i could meet someone who understands how this feels. I dont seem to have any friends, but i am a nice person, caring, friendly, and very sane despite the depression!
Most days i feel so weary i just cant take another step and i would love so much to meet some like-minded people who will chat and understand.
I've chosen this user name because thats what i feel i am
