HI EVERYONE! SO I JUST SIGNED UP FOR THIS SUPPORT SYSTEM TODAY AND AM LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO SHARE STORIES AND SUPPORT WITH. I AM A 24 YR OLD COLLEGE STUDENT WHO HAS HAD ONE OF THE ROUGHEST YEARS OF MY LIFE THUS FAR. I HAVE LOST FRIENDS, ISOLATED MYSELF AND EVEN PUT ON A WHOPPING 35 LBS FROM STRESS AND DEPRESSION. I FEEL LIKE IM SO ALONE ALL THE TIME AND THAT NO ONE UNDERSTANDS WHAT IM GOING THROUGH WHICH IN TURN, CAUSES ME TO PUSH EVERYONE WHO CARES ABOUT ME AWAY. SOME DAYS I FEEL LIKE I HAVE NOTHING TO LIVE FOR AND I SO DESPERATELY WANT TO GET PAST THIS PHASE IN MY LIFE. I HOPE SOMEONE HAS SOME WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT TO HELP ME GET OVER THIS HUMP AND ANYTHING THAT CAN BE OF HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED! THANK YOU EVERYONE, HOPE WE CAN ALL GET THE HELP WE NEED

Hey Rina,
I am in a simular situation. I too have had alot of issues this past year, and find myself now living alone, with no friends. I feel lost. I have lost my girlfriend of 4 years, my car, job, and house. So needless to say things have been tough. I had enough, enough of the sadness, the feeling that no one cares, no one loves me. I cryed all the time, and I too feel like its time to call it quits. But I recently have learned that regardless of how low you are, you are bound to hit rock bottom. I think that is the place that you and I are both at. Do we just end it now? Or do we think stright, for two minutes, and decide its not over yet. Its now time to get the help I have needed for so long. Its now time to open my eyes, see I do have worth. I can do better in every aspect of my life. I will ask for help get the help I need and live a nice full life.
My phyic evaluation is on the 10th. I decided I will get the help because I know I am better then what is this day, and I will prove it.
I wish you the best of luck.

lostguy has it right. The first step is to seek help. Make an appointment and talk to a counselor. You are not alone. Many are going thru the same thing.

Joining a group like this is a good first step towards help. I feel supported just by reading others posts. Find a doctor or counselor who can help you with medication and therapy and soon you will feel much better. Take care
