Hey, I'm Sara, I'm from the UK and I have been battling with depression for many years now. After a long series of really bad events I'm finding it almost impossible to find the strength to carry on. Really hoping some one replies to this :)

Welcome to our site, pleased you found us. This is a caring and supported forum as well as our chat room. Hope you do go into the chat room, talk with others. The support given in both places is very much real.

You aren't alone dealing with depression, a good feeling to know others do understand.
