Depression Understood Forums

I am new and am feeling very down. I was alone for a few days, which I normally like but this time it really hit me hard. I am married. He went away for a few days for some personal business and when he came home it was not real good...I can't go into detail right now. I am feeling sorry for myself and down and need a place to come to to feel safe.
