Hi, I'm 22 from Southern California and have been dealing with depression for 2 years now. Everything seemed to fall apart when I lost my job around that time and got out of a 2 year relationship. After that I spiraled downward and recently had to start seeking treatment. Now I see a psychologist and a psychiatrist regularly.
I'm also studying psychology, hoping to return to school in the spring and get my degree.
