Depression Understood Forums

Hello,
I guess the reason I joined was for some support and to find out that I am not alone in these feelings. I have suffered...no, suffered is not the right word...I have battled with depression for about 7 years now. I was 15 when I finally found out why life just sucked and I was doing really stupid things to feel a high. Since then things have been up and down, but it has NEARLy all been up. I have a good life, and a really supportive family.
During the holiday seasons I just would like to reach out to others who may feel the same way, for my own well being and maybe to help someone.
I hope to hear from everyone!

Many chatters all feel and have suffered, is suffering with depression here. It is nice to know you aren't alone and that there are other, especially here, that do understand.

Not all chatters post, some are more comfortable in just reading, which is all right to do. Those that do post are very much sincere with giving the support they do.
