Hello! Just wanting to be polite and introduce myself. My name is Lisa and I am from Australia, and have dealt with depression and anxiety pretty much all of my life. The earliest I can remember having severe anxiety was when I was two years old! And a dysfunctional family, along with what I am sure is a chemical imbalance, has resulted in depression since I was about ten years old. I am now 28 and trying to manage all my symptoms to start to build a happy life for myself.
Anyway, I've been into chat a couple of times and found it helpful to connect with people. I hope to be able to share experiences and advice here that may be able to help some, and also get some help myself.
