Hi!
I'm new here too. So sorry to hear you are having a rough go of it. I don't have a lot of useful stuff to say at this point because I am at my lowest, but know how important it is for someone to acknowledge your post and you. Welcome. Hopefully we will both find some the support we need here. Sending positive thoughts to you!
Hi Craz, welcome to the forums. I think you have spent a lot of time working on your depression/issues and that is very admirable. It is so easy to sit back and give advise, but harder to fight the fight. It is brave to search for the right therapist and question things. Keep trying and know you are not alone. I hope you find ways to cope and feel better.
Take care, Hugs.

Who knows what the heaven I did to wind up with no message in my above post. Maybe saying nothing was the best advice that I had to offer. Maybe I wanted to take Abraham Lincoln's advice, namely:
"It is better to remain quiet than to start talking (or writing) and prove beyond a doubt that you don't know what you are talking about."
Hey, so maybe the above is paraphrased somewhat obtusely. If I were you, I wouldn't quote me.
