I am new to this type of site but I am desperate to have an outlet. I have had depression for quite a few years and have been treated with Meds and I found out the hard way that I was allergic to it all, so I have been trying to deal with it on my own. Recently I have found I falling deeper and deeper in and can't get out of it. I have started to have wrong thoughts about how to get out of it.

Thanks for coming on board. Could you tell us about some of the "allergic" reactions you experienced when you were taking meds. Let's start out with a small achievement that is causing you to be depressed and see if we can help you in that area. Hopefully we can give you enough help to stop those "wrong thoughts" that you were courageous enough to reveal to us.
