Another new guy

Hi, as you've probably guessed, I'm Mike I am 9 days away from becoming 23, and I have suffered from depression, anxiety and low self-esteem for as far back as I can remember. I struggle with it greatly, and hope that in some way I can find relief in this forum.

Indeed, happy early bday! Yer still pretty young and I know things can be really bad now, but there's still a lot of time ahead for good things!
