A quick hello

Hi all,

I'm Ice, I'm 31, in the UK, married with 2 children.

I have depression and have had for as long as I can remember, although an official diagnosis came 14 years ago.

I came across this site by chance, and am hoping that sharing my experiences and listening to others will help me to cope with my own problems.
