Hi everyone,
I don't know why, but suddenly I decided to search if there are such forums for ppl like me who suffer from depression and i guess there are since I found one.
I haven't really been told by a professional that I have depression, but I just simply cant really afford to go see one, thees stuff just cost too much nowdays, and since Im a student who lives apart from my family, I have to count every penny.
I'm 20 and from Latvia (small country in N-Europe) so sorry if my english isnt so good sometimes.
I have been suffering from depression well basicly almost all my life, it use to have its ups and downs, but the past 4-5 years there are very rarely any ups.

Hi Chery welcome to the forum. We also have a chat room here that you might find useful. Have you tried getting help through your school?

Holly

Thank you for the welcome! ^^

I'm not even sure if my school has a professional there who could help me. I dont want to ask any of my teachers, cos that would mean everyone finding out and asking some other workers would make me seem strange...And I still think I need medicine..

Hi (((( chery6 ))))! Welcome to the forum!
Actually, your English is very good. I blush to admit that, like a lot of British people, I can only speak my own language. I'm often impressed by people such as yourself who can speak more than one language. ( I can speak a few Klingon language phrases from Star Trek, but that's not terribly useful in " real life ". :? )
Seriously though, welcome again!

Well in my country its very important to know russian language if you wana get a good job(we just have a lot of russians here ) so basically the fact that I know english doesnt help me at all, cos I suck at russian. I did manage to find a job, but its only for a year and it doesnt pay much, still need to ask money from parents.
Besides my language(latvian) and english I also know a bit german and a bit russian. I did want to also learn french, but I had a not so good teacher so I quitted that. Ohh and I laso know few words in japanniese, cos I kinda like anime ^^
