Don't know what to say, except i am a 49 years old male and i guess i'm trying to get some answers and maybe some more help. I'm being treated severe clinical depression and anxiety

You didn't say too much in your first post. From that I know that I am about your same age, also suffer from a deep clinical depression.

It has helped me a lot to keep coming back to this place and posting.

Like Warmie said, we are like a close-knit family.
