Report configuration parameters

After creating the report, you will see a new Report Configuration sheet . This sheet displays all the relevant configuration parameters for running your reports later.

Types of configuration parameters
5.1.1. Mandatory parameters
Mandatory parameters are those that must be indicated in each report; otherwise, errors will be generated and you will not be able to view the data report.

Report Name. This is the name you want to use to latest mailing database identify the report, as well as the name of the spreadsheet where the Google Analytics data will be entered.
View ID. This is the identifier of the Google Analytics view from which you want to extract the information.
Start Date. This corresponds to the starting date from which you want to obtain the data. You can use different formats, such as a relative date (e.g., today) or a date in YYYY-MM-DD format.
End Date. Final date until which data will be collected. You can use the same formats as in Start Date.
Metrics. The quantitative measurements you want to include in your report. For example, sessions, new users…
Required parameters for Google Sheets Analytics

Optional parameters
Optional parameters are those that, although not mandatory, can be included to obtain more complete reports:

Dimensions. Data attributes. For example: campaigns, sources…
Order. This corresponds to the classification of the data by each column (dimension or metrics) and order (ascending or descending).
Filters. These are conditions you can use to filter and restrict the data you get from your account. This way, you'll only have access to the data that interests you most.

Segments. These are conditions that allow you to define sets of sessions or users about which you want to obtain data.
Limit. This is the maximum number of results that can be included in the report. If this field is not filled, all data will be collected .
Spreadsheet URL. This is the URL of another spreadsheet where you want to export the results.
Skip Report. This is an option to avoid generating reports for all columns that have been created.
