How do you build a road from "faking it" to "genuine hugs"?

The only answer I refuse to accept from myself is "I Can't".

Every day there are differences in how Sad I feel, and so I try to do what makes me less sad and sometimes I'm really happy for an hour. I try to tell people what makes me happy ... and they tell me ... and sometimes I'm even happier then before.

everyone of us is a "lost soul" reaching in and trekking it's way to happiness.
i for instance, have a rough day today, but, i keep telling myself "tomorrow is another chapter of my life". so i keep myself positive as i can.
