This is the first time I have ever sought out a support group. I have been dealing with depression most of my life, but it seems to be winning recently. I have to fight every day to find a reason to not kill myself. Just don't know what to do.

todays the first day ive searched out a support group too! As horrible as it is that there are so many people out their feeling depressed but unable to speak to anyone but strangers, its nice knowing we are all in the same boat!!
