Hi im jon and im from yorkshire, i have depression and am currently taking antidepressants.
I have a history of self harming, and manic highs and lows.

anyone know if thers a member called purplepolish on here, i talked to this person this morning on the chatroom and we seemed to connect, but havent been able to get back in touch, any advice welcome.

No, I don't know them really other than their name. But, please be careful when first joining online chats especially if bipolar as one can fall in love due to a mania rather than the real thing. ((( hugs))) welcome.
