Hello there

Postby RafaBrazil » Fri Nov 01, 2013 1:07 am

Hey everyone, my name is Rafael and I'm from Brazil. I'm 15 years old, turning 16 at 2nd February 2014, I'm a outgoing and playful guy, always trying to smile and joke. But sometimes it comes to be hard, that's the reason I'm here, I feel like sharing it to people. I like listening to music, almost every kind of music.

So this is it, my simple introduction here at the Depression UNderstood forum.

:D

Hi Rafael, I'm from the chilly far north. I'm glad to hear you are out going, so many of us tend to be pretty introverted.

I don't listen to much modern music. My favorite music was the rock & roll of the 60's and 70s. Have you heard Suzanne Vega? She's my favorite contemporary artist. I particularly like the cd 99.9 degrees Fahrenheit. Lots of good songs on it.

I was having trouble at your age too. Partly because of that I was reluctant to have kids, but I do and so far they seem pretty happy. My oldest is 14 and spends a lot of time on the computer. Lately he's been playing Halo. Do you do much gaming?

You are welcome to talk here, we're a pretty friendly bunch. Tell us as much or as little as you like. I hope we can help, but I know we can offer a sympathetic ear.

Enjoy your summer.

Hi Raphael,
How are you doing? I love that name, BTW. :-)
My daughter is 16, and her birthday is also in February. I remember what it was like to be your age. The stress. The excitement. At 41, sometimes my days as a teen seem like only yesterday; Sometimes, they seem too long ago. How are you enjoying your teenaged years?
It's good you're really into music. (me too)! Great tunes and a sense of humor are two good survival tools. :-)

Welcome to this forum, Raphael. I hope you meet
some interesting people, and build some new friendships here! Myself, I've found it to be a great site.
