Hi Wally & Sarah;

I hope you get a chance to look around. There is no particular protocol but if your like me I often find myself tongue ties and with a head full of sand. It's nice when, I struggle in the morning, to try stream of conscious sort of writing in the expressions section. In any case, where ever you post, you'll find someone is listening.
