I don't have anyone to talk to
This is the first time I type/write down what I feel. This is the first time I get into this site aswell, but hope this helps. I'm just afraid to talk to people that know me because they always bring back what I told them and use them against me..........I then lose their trust. Now, I have so much hurt, anger, dissapointment and I don't have anyone to let it out. My relationship is getting worse everyday and I know it's just me letting it out on my boyfriend. He doesn't know how I feel and don't know how to talk to him. I have two beautiful daughters who are noticing that I am sad most of the time. I just need someone to talk to, please. I rather not put my issues out in the open, but I just had to start some where.
Hi Butterfly. Welcome to the forum. Feel free to use the chatroom as well. Maybe try writing it down and handing it to your boyfriend? Or maybe you can give him a packet on depression? Kids seem to pick up things even when we don't want them to. So if your kids know your sad reassure them you are doing what you can to be happy again. Maybe if they think you feel sad, you all can have game time so they feel like they are doing something to cheer you up. Just a suggestion. Are you seeking any kind of professional help?

Thank you Holly. I did try to get professional help, but its too expensive. I'm trying the chat rooms, but we'll see how it goes. My girls are in their teenage years, so, they are focus on friends and internet. In a way it's good for them to focus on that instead of how I feel, but it also makes me feel that I really don't have anyone. I'm working on being more open with my boyfriend and learning how to write down my feelings. I guess it just takes time. I need to learn how to make friends and trust them. It's just not easy when you've been hurt so many times.
