I'm scared off too many things, most ridiculous....

For example: agoraphobia, claustrophobia, social phobia.

Hm... have you talked to a professional about those fears? They are not all as strange to fear as you might think. People are scared of many things, Friday. My fears include: looking at my bank balance; catching a fatal illness, and heights. Now, I know many people are afraid of heights, but the bank balance thing? Wow. And catching a fatal illness when I'm only 32 and have no symptoms for anything nor am I high risk for anything? I find those strange!!

You should definitely look into seeking some type of therapy to try to help you face and ease your fears... that would be my advice. Stay strong... :-)

Looks to me you are afraid of being sucked into something, could that be right?

Hey Friday - nice to hear from you again! Glad you found your way back to us! :-)

Why don't you like doctors? Bad experience with one?

I've heard wonderful things about hypnotherapy... never tried it myself though. People have stopped smoking quite easily with it - I hope it works for you!!!

Well i dont know here to find hypnotherapy and CBT or if its free, im more interested in CBT though.
I dont like doctors cos they make me uncomfortable and i just dont feel like i can trust them.
I know i should, i think its from my bad experience with a councellor.
