Very interesting warmsoul. I find that suffering, provided that it is not self inflicted, and that it happens naturally, can be used as positive energy. Through sufferings we often grow. I certainly grow every-time I suffer. Most of my music, paintings and poems come from my sufferings. And knowledge is essential. Knowledge is life and our path to hope and freedom. And all of this has led me to believe that the term Mental Illness is somehow inadequate. I rather like the term Mental Anguish in its place. :lol:
