Subject:Just what we need, especially if you're a chocolate lover
Well, this sounds worth trying. After all chocolate pretty much takes care of
anything wrong in your life, doesn't it?
5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE CAKE-IN-A-MUG
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A splash of vanilla extract.
1 coffee mug
Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well.
Add egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in milk & oil and mix well.
Add chocolate chips and vanilla splash.
PUT CUP IN MICRO - COOK FOR 3 MINUTES @ 1000watts. The cake will come
over the top of the mug....no matter!
Allow to cool and tip out of the mug.
Top with whipped cream.
Get your mug full of coffee and enjoy two very delightful treats.
Note: There is enough cake here for 2 servings IF you want to share it.
