Thought for the day 9-10

Any time you can take 5 minutes to go inside.

Close your eyes and observe your breathing and your heartbeat.

Listen simply to the silence inside.

Learn to appreciate these moments and repeat them as much as you feel
until you cherish them more than anything else.

Thats what I tried to do last night to get to sleep, didnt work :( had to take my sleeping pill :(
