Thanks for sharing. I think I will post these on my outlook calender at work. It may be silly to some but ALL holidays (special days) give me an oppertunity to take the focus off of me and help me remind myself to do something fun, wonderful or joyous. Finding any excuse to be happy helps me be grateful, helps me take the focus off of me and my depressive, obessive, twisted thoughts. Sometimes when the feelings of hopelessness, worthlessness, frustration and hatred consume me, I remind myself I have a toliet that flushes and a warm blanket.
