Hello my dear freinds ,ive been away for some urgent repairs ,and i know so many of you have been worried about me ,,im ok now and im back in my little warm place ,,this will have to happen now and again im afraid ,but dont worry ,ill always return ,theres enough of me in here to last a life time ,,,,,anyway i have tryed to catch up on my threads but im very tired just now ,,so i dont want to miss anyone out so im saying here

hiya ken, really happy to see you back here and know you are ok. How are you getting on with your new meds? me and mark have just got some tickets to see the punk band Blood red shoes, who come from our own fair city of brighton, so if you listen out very closely on friday 5th of march you will probably be able to hear us rocking out all the way up in yorkshire!!!!!!

hey ken, i know you've managed to put a bit of weight back on but do you think if you scrunched up nice and tight i could pop you into my handbag and smuggle you in to the gig for free? lol! pain has been really bad i'm afraid,really awful headaches almost constantly and nausea and stomach ache,been particularly stressed the last week worrying about money and it looks like mark isn't going to get relocated to another office like he thought he was so the whole redundancy thing has been looming big and bad again. we are still very happy between ourselves though and that is the main thing. All you need is love (and a cup of tea...)
