I always find myself apologizing, even when I did nothing wrong

It's so hard for me to move on if I've hurt someone. I always apologize, at some point. Even over the smallest things I'll send you a paragraph, or pull u aside. But, I don't think people care. And I want to be able to not care like that. Idk. I wanna not blame myself over things that I had no control over. I want to be on MY side. But that's hard.
