I know.... I can't believe it! It's a real eye-opener for me....
Well.... to address a problem I seem to be having, I am thinking of changing my diet yet again.....
It seems that my body situation is just really sensitive. I don't know if it's due to my hyperactivity or what. To combat the problem of regularity, I am thinking on eating softer food. (I expect to have some kind of problem digesting beef or turkey grind meat, but everything I eat?! No way!)
So... If I will eat potatoes, I should probably mash it up with a fork before I eat it. Basically the point is to mash up all the food I can or eat soup with lots of watery broth or so.....
If I drink anymore water/liquid, I will end up with diarrhea (& I don't want that).
It's amazing how many restrictions I seem to have. T.T

I have irritable bowel syndrome.
Certainly sympathize with your digestive problems. Lots of water is good for me to keep everything all in line. Mind you with IBS your emotional state makes a big difference.
I am fortunate that I am able to eat bread and pasta. I know some people that have to be very careful what they eat and I don't know if I would have the willpower to follow their diets.
Mind you I probably would keep to the diet if I had to go through, what they do, when they don't follow it.

I have a big mug that I like to fill up in the morning and try to get down a couple of them a day.
Have always enjoyed drinking cold water. Never liked hot drinks at all.
I did have bladder repair about 5 years ago but am starting to have to slow down on the drinking after supper. The joys of being on the other side of 50 and not being in the greatest of shape.

I have some huge coffee mugs, and I keep them full for the most part. I drink more coffee than just plain water. Soft drinks I have to stay away from, as much as I can.
LOL I drink coffee at bedtime, doesn't bother me, but tea, a whole different ball game.

While I say that I don't drink hot drinks like, coffee, tea or even hot chocoate, I am not good with pop.
I went for several years without drinking any pop at all. Then I started again and I should be cutting back because I made up for lost time.
I once went to the dentist and he asked me if I smoked. I told him that I didn't. Then he asked if I drank coke. I had to say yes. My teeth were so terribly stained.
I know that a lot of people don't think that low calorie pop is good for a person to drink. I have to do that or I would weigh 400 pounds.
Should cut back.

I was diagnosis a few years back. I have a liver disease, PSC, that threw me into being a diabetic. I take 2,000 mg of Metformin daily plus 20 mg of Glipizide along with insulin when needed. My sugar counts have been great lately. This morning it was 78 so very please.
Strange how things work, but I am glad I can handle it the way I am for now. Not on a pump, thank goodness.
Good luck with yours as well.
