I am 24 years old uni student and been depressed for about 10 years and lonely for the last couple of years. My childhood had a lot of issues with psychological abuse from my mom
. I kind of feel lost in life not knowing what I want to do. I sometimes suffer from extreme anxiety which prevents me from even leaving my house 
. I also have burn out and lack of motivation. Just wanted to say if you have these issues as well your not alone and to believe in yourself 
. I have a hard time talking about my problems with most people in my life so maybe will be active on here (Thou the chat room was going to fast for me). Thanks for reading
