My anxiety is killing me

Today and yesterday I have been so stressed and my anxiety Is so high....I get so stressed and worried over my bf because ill be texting him all day but he doesnt answer because he say he "is out all day" I feel like im overthinking it and being to clingy. I dont know what to do
.

Hi jazzy
As a male that is rather sensitive, I was in your shoes, and it was my gf that was 'out all day'. I know it is probably all complex and the anxiety is not helping, but try to calmly talk to him about it when you hang out together, but not on the phone.

I tried talking to him..but he ghousted me...before I could really say anything...so yea

Baby, this is a dead-end.
I know I'm a little late with the reply but no one, I mean NO ONE is ever that busy to not reply back.
