Me and my girlfriend ended our 10 month relationship. I can’t seem to get moving forward. Haven’t ate in three days. I cry a lot. I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Major Depression Disorder. Plus, you add this quarantine crap going on, I’m in trouble.
Anyone have suggestions?

just take it slow, day by day, week by week, find things to distract yourself and maybe even while you eat and eat little by little, small foods at first then working your way up. i hope everything gets better
