Depression Understood Forums

Good evening,

I have been suffering with depression for a good few months now! I was hoping to find some people who are in the same situation to talk to. It's sad that I am surrounded by so many people that love me but I feel completely alone and lost. I have been trying to get better by myself but things seem to be getting worse. I look forward to meeting some like minded people.

I know exactly how you feel and your not alone. Feeling like you can't be around those who love you and you can't give them your full love back right now shows that's one of the signs of depression.

It's really good you care and that's shows alot in terms of yourself and what you were like before you had this.

It's important now you think about some kind of support.
