I'm with you. When I have trouble getting a big task done because it is too big I go to the motivation chat group. I try to break things up in little tasks, but people will chat with you to help you break it up if its too daunting.


I also agree that goals and self-improvement are the best way to fight depression, and time management is an essential tool for the fight.

I would love to hear about other people's time management tricks, and goals for self-improvement.

My personal goal is to get back on the tread mill and walk. I was doing that three weeks ago. but I didn't have access to the tread mill for 3 weeks, and now the habit is gone. Thanks for the inspiration. I will restart my exercise program today.
