Depression Understood Forums

Every time I have the presence of mind to pray for something it always end up being clarity. From the depths of depression I am in a dark hole; I look up and see the blue sky. That only makes me think everyone else is having a good time up there. But from down here all I see is mud.

It's tough to plan your day when your sitting in dark well of mud. And what's the use. Where would I go. I'm sick of mud pies.

There must be a ladder some where if I could only see clearly.
