Is there anyone in this group that hears voices? If would love to hear from you talk about coping and just taking to someone that may understand we're I'm coming from. Big hugs

Havering trouble staying asleep, the voices in my head calling Gloria, Gloria I think I got your number. I need a bottle get just one of the voices to get in then throw it out to sea  Only trouble with that don't wont to loose Molly, And if someone find the bottle & opens it would the voice go in them. No I'm only thinking this but would be cool if we could bottle up our voices & depression bottle it & throw it away.
Hugs to to all

I've heard voices in the past.

Some are trying to come back. There was one recently. They don't have names, as far as I know.

Maybe there's one today, but that one is kind of faint. I have no idea what it's trying to say to me. I do end up feeling tired, though.

Thank you. Hollyanne
I did manage to get back to sleep and stayed asleep for the rest of the night,
So this morning I'm feeling refreshed, refreshed as I could be after a rough start to what turned out to be not so bad night.
Hugs for you all

Today looking like might be a good day for me & my voices.
I'm going to clean my house play with my dog Cohen, go for a walk,
Just keep busy, that always seems to help me.
Even my voices seem to think it all ok.

Hugs for you all

Tonight can't sleep, feels like someone is pushing on my forehead strange feeling.

And a very strange smell.

Oh well that's what happens sometime with the voices think they trying to come through my forehead.

Thinking I should drill a hole.

Now I'm not going to drill a hole just feel as I should, let the shit out.

I had my needle today, I forgot the nurse was going to speak to my Dr now having my needle every 3 weeks for now, I have no choice, as they think I need it more often for now.

I was having it once a month, but that changes depending on how they think I'm going.

I read on here how a lot of people just stop taking there meds,
Wish I could, I don't have that choice

But I do think my meds help me a lot & my Dr noes best.

Feeling drained today always do after the gab in the bum,

Doing what works for you seems like it's a good thing then.

I just don't care for the prick in the bum either.... I've been there too.... I totally understand....

Wishing you well!

Life is like a Book

Some chapters are sad, some are happy and some are exciting.

But if you never turn the page you will never know what the next chapter has in store for you
