when i was three i was sexually abused by my half brother then at age 11 i was raped by my cousin at my nans house,i was raped again by my other cousin mark after that my life just became downhill i cant cope being with my cosauins suffer sleepless nights,flashbacks,multiple personalities

I'm sorry to hear about your abuses, UsedAndAbused. Do you have to stay with your cousins still? You can't change what has happened unfortunately but you certainly shouldn't have to be around them again now.
