Depression Understood Forums

Hi Everyone,
I just joined this morning hoping this forum may make me realize I'm not alone. I want to be supportive to anyone that needs it and vice-versa.
I've gone through depressions in the past but this has lasted 2 years believe it or not. Anyone have any input?

I'm right there with you. The last couple of years have been increasingly rough. As of this week, I just decided I was finally sick of feeling like this.

I feel as if this is the lowest low someone could get, yet I cannot imagine lower......I also can no longer imagine higher.
